The BrandLaureate Awards is organized by the Asia Pacific Brands Foundation. APBF aims to recognise and honour branding excellence amongst the multinationals, public listed and government linked companies in Malaysia and the Asia Pacific region.
The award was presented on March 31st, 2009 at the Shangri La Hotel, Kuala Lumpur. Hai-O Raya's Director cum General Manager, Tan Tok Keong received a trophy and a certificate presented by guest of honour, Prime Minister Malaysia.
