Agnes Chang to include special wine ingredient in her healthy creations
An Event was held recently by Hai-O Enterprise Bhd to launch the Wincarnis healthy cooking roadshow with popular chef Agnes Chang.
The Company is the sole distributor of Wincarnis Medicated Wine.
Its executive director, Chris Chia, said the wine been in the market for almost 120 years.
“it is normally consumed by women during confinement and it is also good for general health.” Chia added that they also organised the Wincarnis Bali Trip lucky draw that was held between August and December last year and received more than 1,000 entries.
The list of winners will be made available online at www.hai-o.com.my.
As for the cooking roadshow, it would feature Chang who would showcase four healthy dishes in each roadshow developed using Wincarnis as one of the ingredients.
The first roadshow was held on Feb 28 and subsequently to be held in Serdang, Petaling Jaya, Seremban, Malacca, Muar, Batu Pahat, Johor Baru, Ipoh and Penang.
