Job Description

We are looking for a Senior MIS Executive to join our IT team to support and manage in-house software applications. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, hands-on experience in application support, and a solid understanding of database management and reporting tools.

  1. Provide first- and second-level support for enterprise applications to internal users.
  2. Perform application design, development, debugging, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
  3. Assist in gathering user requirements, system design, and implementation of application features.
  4. Customize reports and data outputs as per user or departmental requests.
  5. Manage SQL queries, Crystal Reports, and ensure smooth data integration with internal systems.
  6. Conduct user training sessions and prepare relevant documentation when necessary.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in IT application or system support.
  • Proficient in PHP, Visual Studio Code, MS SQL Server, MySQL, and strong SQL scripting skills.
  • Experience with Crystal Reports and data integration tools is an advantage.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles is preferred.
  • Strong communication and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
