- Digital Growth & Platform Management
- Manage daily operations across all digital platforms: TikTok, IG, FB, YouTube, Telegram.
- Plan and execute digital marketing strategies to generate leads, conversions, and sales.
- Monitor and optimize ad campaigns and performance analytics monthly.
- Content Calendar & Posting Schedule (PIC)
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars for all platforms, ensuring strategic timing, relevance, and campaign alignment.
- Coordinate internal teams and partners to ensure timely asset delivery and uploads.
- Website Monitoring & Updates
- Oversee website content accuracy, uptime, loading speed, and UI/UX enhancements.
- Coordinate with web developers to implement improvements that support sales and user experience.
- Trendspotting & Innovation
- Stay ahead with viral content formats, AI tools, video trends, influencer, collaborations, etc.
- Present fresh content concepts and digital tools monthly to elevate brand presence.
- Distributor Empowerment & Training
- Identify training gaps and source external experts (TikTok, copywriting, Canva, ChatGPT, etc).
- Organize Zoominars, workshop, and share bite-sized digital tutorials with the distributor network.
- Content Collaboration & Sourcing
- Propose ideas with strong CTA hooks tailored to each
- Engage internal and external freelancers, UGC creators, or agencies for content production.
- Marketing Event Involvement
- Work with the events and product tam to ensure digital campaigns are synced with product launches, distributor, events, and roadshows.
- Handle event coverage, social posting plans, and digital lead collection from event traffic.
- Possess at least a Bachelor degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Media, Advertising, Graphic Design or equivalent.
- Possess at least 2-5 years relevant working experience in digital marketing, content creation, or social media strategy.
- Good copywriting sense, campaign planning skills, and trend awareness.
- Familiar with Meta Ads, TikTok, Google Analytics & Business Suite
- Design skill (Canva, Capcut, Adobe Express, etc.) is an advantage.
- Self-driven, organized, and eager to lead new initiatives.
- Fluent in Bahasa Melayu & English (Mandarin is an added advantages)
- Willing to travel and possess own transport.
