Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for generating leads, advancing the sales process, closing new business and achieving/assisting in the achievement of opportunity-based sales quotas. 
  2. Conduct research to identify leads and reach business targets through telephone, email, webinar and in person. 
  3. Actively participate in the planning and execution of company marketing activities providing vital input based on his/her interactions with prospects. 
  4. Possesses ability to drive new products or developing new market, developing new sales areas and improving sales through various strategies.
  5. Contacting potential clients to establish the business relationships or channels. 
  6. Track record of delivery of sales targets and performance. 
  7. Experience/ track record/ confidence representing the company externally and dealing professionally with distributors. 
Requirements
  • Degree in Food Science, Nutrition, sales and marketing, or similar.
  • Preferably Basic computer software i.e Excel, word, ppt and email.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in sales and customer management in fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry. Preferable in health and beauty industry.
  • Experience at sales side of running a business, preferably with experience in collaborate with chain store industries such as pharmacy, grocer and so on.
  • Experience of handling a large geography with a complex business environment is a must
  • Self-motivated, team player and able to work independently and have good business acumen.
  • Good communication, presentation, selling and influencing skills.
  • Good organizational skills, resourceful and able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to travel across assigned territory.
  • Language – Well versed with English & Mandarin speaking
