1. Product Branding and Promotion
- Develop and execute product branding strategies to enhance product awareness and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create marketing materials, product packaging, and campaigns that resonate with our target audience.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for differentiation.
2. Product Training and Education
- Design and deliver comprehensive product training programs for distributors to deepen their product knowledge and selling capabilities.
- Create training materials, product guides, and resources to support distributor success.
- Evaluate training effectiveness and adapt programs as needed.
3. Network Building and Coordination
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our distributor network, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.
- Organize and coordinate networking events, product launches, and incentives to motivate and engage distributors.
- Act as a liaison between the company and distributors, facilitating effective communication and support.
4. Content Creation and Resource Development:
- Generate engaging product-related content, including blog posts, videos, webinars, and social media content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create product-focused marketing collateral.
- Ensure that distributors have access to up-to-date product information and resources.
5. Reporting and Analysis
- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of product branding and training efforts.
- Gather feedback from distributors and use insights to improve product marketing strategies.
- Prepare regular reports on product performance and distributor achievements.
- Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Science, Marketing or a related field.
- Proven experience in product marketing, brand management, or network coordination, preferably in the direct selling industry.
- Strong creative and strategic thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities, especially in BM & English
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with MLM and direct selling regulations in Malaysia is a plus.
- Enthusiasm for product excellence and a commitment to ethical business practices.
- Possesses own transport and willing to travel
