- Assist the Manager in developing and implementing marketing plans and strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Conduct market research to gather information about consumer behaviors, market trends, and competitor activities.
- To manage/analyze various marketing campaigns and work with external agencies or internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed effectively.
- To work closely with other departments, such as product development and customer service to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with overall business goals.
- To supervise and mentor junior marketing staff, including assigning tasks, providing feedback, and monitoring performance.
- To be responsible for delivering presentations or speeches that promote the company's brand, products, or services to various stakeholders, including customers, distributors, and the media.
- To lead and support the marketing team and ensure that marketing efforts are effective and aligned with business goals.
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, nutrition or related field is required.
- Prefer candidates with 2-3 years of experience in direct selling marketing, advertising, or related fields. Experience in project management, digital marketing and social media marketing may be particularly valuable.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in supervising and mentoring marketing team, so leadership skills and experience managing a team are valuable.
- Understanding industry trends, target market behavior, and competitor activities are important for this role.
