- Manage full set accounts involving AR, AP, GL, Petty cash and fixed assets listing
- Timely and accurate compilation of monthly management accounts together with notes to the accounts
- Manage cash book and bank reconciliation
- Prepare monthly sales reports for the Head of Operations
- Liaise closely with salesman on accounts receivable related matters.
- Manage day to day operations in accounts related matters.
- Perform ad hoc and special assignment as required from time to time
- Possess a LCC I / Diploma in Accountancy
- Minimum 2 years working experience
- Knowledge in SAP system will be advantageous
- Good interpersonal skill with ability to interact with people at all levels
